  • American Petroleum Institute (API)
  • American National Standard Institute (ANSI)
  • Certified Weld Inspector (CWI)
  • Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) or Remote Digital Video Inspection (RDVI) – RVI utilizes remote digital video inspection techniques including, but not limited to, push cameras, pan/tilt cameras, robotic crawlers, and video borescopes. Utilizing these techniques, this inspection method allows for close inspection of areas lacking accessibility or otherwise costly dis-assembly.
  • Infrared Thermography (IRT) involves the measurement of surface temperatures as heat flows to, from, and through a test object. This is especially useful in location hot spots on a test object, such as a bearing that is experience wear and tear and is starting to heat up due to friction. Thermal imaging systems create images of heat flow rather than light. Essentially, this is used within the line of NDT to detect internal flaws such as disbonds, voids, or inclusions. This method of testing can also be utilized for buildings or houses to detect sources of heat. This is especially useful for heat/air conditioning leakages within a structure as this method can easily detect missing insulation or other structural problems.
