As a Better Business Bureau accredited business, we want our customers to know that they come first. We are constantly updating our business profile and also participating in online dispute resolution, if ever necessary. By becoming accredited by the BBB we want our customers to know that we want to be part of a community consisting of trustworthy businesses. We also wanted to provide customers proof that we have a high integrity and that we pride ourselves on good performance for each and every inspection, no matter how big or small. To become accredited by the BBB is a long and rigorous process. Once we were deemed eligible to meet accreditation standards, we were then reviewed by a board for review and acceptance. Now that we are accredited, however, it does not stop there. Being accredited by the BBB means that we agree to live up to their standards on a daily basis. We also agree to live up to their Standards for Trust, which is a comprehensive set of best practices for how businesses should treat the public in a fair and honest manner.
